    Beat the SP.

I've died and respawned at a recent checkpoint enough times to know that the harder difficulties are going to piss me off to the point of not wanting to play anymore.

Now onto either putting in more work on MP with the rest of my FOOT brethern or move on to the COD monster...

    Story spoilers:

So in the MOH 2010 reboot, you play as and eventually die as Rabbit.

Dude gets no mention other than a fleeting dialogue line from Voodoo at the end... which makes sense because unless you're coming in having played the reboot, you wouldn't really care in Warfighter.

As for the story? From what I gather, we're getting an action movie, paint-by-numbers plot of "there's a highly dangerous explosive that could kill people and we need to stop it from spreading into our borders."

From there, you go from shooting gallery to shooting gallery, killing thousands (by yourself sometimes if you move past a certain point before the game wants you to) until you reach the ending checkpoint.

Same shit happens in every military FPS so no biggie.

What kicks me is that for all the "based on real life events" missions, you don't get a real sense of accomplishment at the end of the game.

You're basically reenacting all the crazy shit but there's no real consequence other than the loss of another major character.

Which, again, is another thing that happens in military FPS'.

Even at the end, with a suttle dig at BF3 on the news report, you see Preacher get the call to go play hero again for what could be the next title.

...but due to the poor sales of Warfighter, it might be a stretch.

Again, if you GOTTA play it, rent the damn thing.

I think I'm near the end. I'm on the mission on the ship.

According to a Kotaku article the PlayStation blog posted that the Zero Dark Thirty map pack (that was included with all Limited Edition copies) is supposed to release this Tuesday. But they took the post down shortly after.

If it does come out hopefully that gives us guys that still have the game a reason to pop it back in.

That's fucked up. I remember there being issues at launch but I thought they fixed them with a patch? Apparently not.
