We were getting our asses kicked in Conquest on Lancang Dam and I decided that I was going to flank the other team on a jet ski and go across the map under the radar to take A and hopefully get us back on track.

All was going well, the tanks I was going by didn't notice, then it happened. A squadmate spawned on my jet ski and started firing his gun randomly at people on shore, 500+ meters away. Not 10 seconds later, we were taken out by a guided missile.

that used to happen to me alot on bf3 when playing on Kharg Island. I'd take the boat back behind bravo on my way to delta and some idiot spawning on me always shooting at the jets flying above us that he has no chance of hitting anyways giving away our position.

Does anyone else hate Siege of Shanghai as much as I do? I can't quite pinpoint what it is about it but I just don't like it.

Also, 64 player Operation Locker and Operation Metro is just too much for me. I just medkit/revive whore until the match is over.

I still love this game though. I can't get myself to move on from the SAR-21+Suppressor. It feels like a marshmallow gun at long ranges, but still great.

64-man Metro was absurd in BF3, but you could power level with medkit/revives or ammo supplies. No explosives rules made it a bit more palatable.

I just started playing Hardcore mode... finally! I was a huge hardcore guy in the COD series since COD4 but had yet to try it on BF.

In a couple of Domination servers I've played it none my guns were unlocked and it showed no ranked next to players name on the scorecard.

The counterknife concept is cool on paper, but it's utterly broken in BF4. I can't count how many times I either knifed a guy from behind only to get countered or a guy knifes me from the front with no counter prompt.

That's been around since at least Bad Company 2. Changing servers usually works, but occasionally the whole network is screwed up.

Premium is worth it if you enjoy this game. You'll get a bunch of good battlepacks when you first activate it. 2XP is going on right now although I think it ends soon. New camo on the 13th.




I know k/d ratio isn't a big deal in the grand scheme of battlefield, but I really wanted to get back to at least 1.0, will be climbing much higher from now on since I have gotten to know the maps better. Even better, my SPM has climbed significantly as well.

Hardcore mode has it's ups and downs. Most HC servers are full of snipers and campers though since you can't see where they're hiding. I at least would of liked for the camera to at least pan in the area where they are instead of not shot anything at all. That would at least eliminate camping a little bit. But as far as not being on the mini map
