If you really enjoy the game, I think it's totally worth it. 3 DLC packs (4 maps a piece) are already out and if I'm not mistaken, there is one more left. The best part is, all the DLC maps are pretty awesome. The newest one (Naval Assault) has a new game mode, "Carrier Assault" which is badass as well. I know $50 seems crazy (and it probably is), but if you love the game, you won't regret it.
