NCAA Rosters without XBL Question

As you know I'm deployed right now and getting on XBL is nearly impossible with this crappy internet provider over here. Does anyone know how to get the rosters without having to download them via XBL/EA Share? They sell flash drives at the store here so if there's a way of doing it with that, let me know.

I'm pretty sure you could copy it to a flash drive than put it on the hard drive.
