I just noticed when guys get hurt they immediately grab at what's injured instead of just laying there

I doubt it. Rocket catching is nothing but the animation you get, not how you press the button to catch, no?

It's an animation after you press basically strafe and then press the catch button which will trigger the animation

User Picks seem way too easy in this game. Probably the easiest ever. Hopefully it's just the demo.

User picks were never really that hard. But with the more accurate passing I could see why they would make them easier

i was pleasantly surprised by the demo. it played a very nice game of football and the new engine seemed pretty solid. I thought some of the collision detection was fucked up though. i also liked the TV style presentation and the commentary.

maybe its because its the demo, but it seemed incredibly unpolished.

I forgot to factor in it was offline too and I hardly ever play offline. I know online for NCAA the user pick just doesn't register as much as it should.

It's funny some of the stuff that happens after the play if you pay close attention. I saw once a guy trip over another mans foot and take a face dive into the groud. I saw something similar another time except one players face landed right in another mans crotch. Kind of weird.

i agree......UPs are ridiculously easy, at least on Demo. i had 3 in one game. i havent 3 UPs in the years i been playing this game;

Ive only gotten one user in about 8 games. Im in for a long year if Humble is snagging picks while Im getting my ass kicked by the CPU

You can throw fade routes in this game like you couldn't before though. I'm in love with this gameplay.
