Id use it if I had Kinect. "Bryant, Streak" is easier than opening the audible menus, that are on auto hide anyway, and pressing what you want. Sure its not that hard and you can get really fast with it but Maddens navigation is too stupid at times to deal with.
I got a chance to check out the Madden '13 demo with the Kinect today. Have to say that I was mildly surprised at how well it works with the commands listed above. The offensive audibles seemed to be a little more fluid but that could also be that on offense I am controlling the pace of the game whereas I was pressed for time on defense. I'd say there was at least a 80% success rate on recognition without me having to repeat myself on complicated audibles and pretty close to 100% on simple audibles.
Not sure that I would buy a Kinect for this capability but if you already have one and are going with the 360 version of Madden you should definitely try it out.
