Pretty sure practice mode is now just scenario based. Not sure if the old style still exists or not.

It was excellent for learning to read D's. You pick a pass play or random/etc, then you keep running it while the cpu picks random defenses from whatever criteria you allowed.

I'm sure it'll be a "NEW FEATURE" one of these yrs.

I never understood this stupid logic of not talking about the game. You give out early copies of it, yet tell them not to speak. The fact people actually follow it is funny. This to me is a great form of marketing that they are fucking up on. Let them talk all they want. If people get their questions answered, it may get them to buy it more.

Removing this made practice mode pointless. I cant fathom what moron had to sit there and say "yeah there simply isnt enough room on this disc for these extra 3 lines of useful code".

Was that ever on the next gen games though? I know it was the past gen games but when next gen came out I think they tried to switch the game up entirely to i guess give us something fresh but it failed. The mini-camp/training thing was a fail and practice mode was not nearly as good. Not an excuse really but I don't think it was that they straight up removed it.

It's the way it has always been, not gonna change anytime soon. If you break their trust in order to try and corner the market on exclusives at the expense of other gaming news sources, it creates an unfair advantage not to mention the potential involvement of legal counsel. The advance copies are for people to write reviews for release day reviews.

BTW, the VSN copies for the PS3/360 arrived this morning.

You should mail me a copy, seeing that If I ordered it it wouldn't be here until like Sept. 10th.
