The EA Sports Game Face creator site went online a few days ago. Click on the below link, upload your picture and you'll be ready to import yourself into Madden NFL '13 when it launches next week.

You can upload your pic at the link in the OP and create your game face. It will be saved on EA's servers until you import it to Madden '13, FIFA '13 or one of the other games that support the feature.
