When do I get my early copy of the game.

Skating will take a little time to get used to you can't figure skate around like I thought you'd be able to at full speed.

And as Ravin said wrist shots are the way to score it seems so far.

I'll be writing my full review as I can't at the moment as I'm a little busy. I'll do a mini one:

1.) Skating felt really, really slow, but it slows it down. It's going to make it more passing/team orientated. I can tell that passing it the crease will be a lot more common because I feel this style will force people to do it instead of be figure skaters.

2.) Not used to the hitting just yet, but the computer sure as hell can knock it to me.

3.) Goalies are beautiful. The animations, movement, everything. I'll be playing manually my next game

4.) Backwards skating

5.) Taking a shot is more about good decisions instead of random lollygagging. I have to set up, slow down, and aim with space

6.) The intro

You don't push it forward now. That is what the momentum and speed is suppose to be for. I've tried to push it off my stick and it doesn't go.

Played some NHL 12 last night and the game plays like complete shit after some time with the 13 demo. I'm not even that crazy about 13 either. Plus there's already some glitch goals because of the backwards skating.
