If you can get it cheaper than 60 dollars yes.
This game still does this BS of missing wide open shots 75% of the time.Comment

Best and most realistic 2K game to date.
I'm playing on default and have no desire to seek out sliders. It plays that well. I have games where I get into an offensive rhythm and i'm really feeling it, and then I have games where I can't get anything going and struggle to score. And I love it.
I haven't really found that many plays that I like compared to previous years, so i'm using a lot of basic pick & roll, iso's, and throwing it down to the post. Unlike previous years where it was really hard to score if you didn't run plays, you can create scoring opportunities if you find mismatches and play smart.
I have two minor complaints:
-CPU will still fast break you to death and get a million run off dunks off misses & TO's, to the point you are powerless, and then cut off your breaks with their super catch up speed.
-It's hard to block shots.
-I guess this is a third complaint, but the CPU still doesn't take enough three's. They take more than last year, though.
These complaints are minor, and like I said I haven't touched a single slider yet. This is the most playable & realistic sports game out of the box in a long, long time.Comment

Agree with Warner2BruceTD. I actually play pro default. Only slider adjustment I made was cpu offensive rebounding. I also play with real player % on shooting, not stick shooting... same for free throws.
Love the hell out of this year's game - though not in love with my 3-7 record with the Raptors in season play so far.My Twitch video link: http://www.twitch.tv/dave374000

I'm loving MyTeam mode. I might be dropping 6 bucks to buy 2 players, I really want to get Jeff Green/Paul George as I think they'll go up in value.
Anyone know if there's going to be an update allowing people to trade? I really...really want to get an Allen Iverson card to run in MyTeam, but the chances are astronomically low. Getting a gold legend seems impossible and I've opened near 15-20 gold packs. I've gotten Vlade Divac, and 2 other silver players so it could have been much worse.
This mode is the main reason I'm thinking of giving Fifa's ultimate team mode a try.Comment

I'm 5-7 in season mode with the Raptors so far. I love that they keep all the player stats from every game. I might start a season thread.
Just having a great time with this game. My goal is to get the Raptors into the playoffs. Anything after that is gravy.
Haven't made any trades or drastic lineup changes, but it's a challenge trying to keep Jose Calderon productive as a bench player. Kyle Lowry is the new #1 PG and way better defensively. That said, Calderon gets way more assists and has way fewer turnovers for me.
I switched shooting to strictly the right stick, while I use the L2 and right stick for the crossovers and what-not.
I have found with the Raptors, playing zone D is much smarter than playing man to man. I play 1-3-1 and 2-3 a lot in this game.My Twitch video link: http://www.twitch.tv/dave374000

So, here's myteam roster right now. I'm trying to get all of the young prospects who I believe are gonna shoot up in value as their ratings rise. Current starters are Mills, Sarunas, Allen, Barnes, Divac. Barnes really is the top dog of this group, followed by Sarunas.
Point Guards-
Patrick Mills- 68
Austin Rivers- 67
Jimmer Fredette- 67
Eric Bledsoe- 67
Kendall Marshall- 65
Shooting Guards-
(silver)Sarunas Marciulionis- 76
Tony Allen- 74
Wesley Johnson- 70
J.J. Reddick- 70
Marco Bellineli- 66
Small Forwards-
Harrison Barnes- 75
Al-Farouq Aminu- 72
Gordon Hayward- 70
Power Forwards-
Reggie Evans- 64
Centers-
(silver)Vlade Divac- 78
(silver)Kevin Duckworth- 72
Enes Kanter- 66
Robin Lopez- 65
Tree Collins- 63
Andres Biedrins-62
Joel Pryzbilla- 61
Andre Drummond-60
I'll probably be selling Andres and Pryzbilla, don't see them going up in value much plus selling those 2 will net me near 1500 vc.
I'm loving me some Sarunas cheese.

Some much bullshit with playing user vs user. Mfers get away with murder, CPU AI is straight booty cheeks.
