Looking for suggestions for a HD PVR (Personal Video Recorder)

I really enjoy playing MLB The Show's RTTS and recently My Career on NBA 2K. So much, that I'm actually thinking of getting a HD PVR (Personal Video Recorder) to make videos and upload them to YouTube. Does anyone know of any specific ones to look into for me to buy around Christmas (a gift for myself)?
