So if he was a shitty cab driver, why would they expect him to actually get quality work done on areas of the game where he didn't have the experience to adequately get it done?

If you put an OL at WR and expect him to run routes and catch passes, I don't blame the OL playing WR...I blame the idiots who put him in that position.

I honestly doubt A.J. Dembroski was stupid enough to routinely show up late for work.

It was just an anonymous rip job comment from some anonymous douche online.

At least A.J. manned up and used his own name in his rip job. Any anonymous guy could write that stuff about him.

Preaching to the choir. The Kotaku comment was obviously a hatchet job. They went too far in their criticism to have any air of credibility for people that have any experience in the corporate world.

Just EA trying to save face over their half a$$ work with these sports games.

But to be honest even if this little twitter thing didn't happen some people would still feel the same way about what EA has been doing lately. Releasing games that are broken or unfinished is not cool in my book....

Now I'm saying Madden 13 is a bad game but there are still somethings that they did IMO that was totally fuched up.

              Funny thread

The only thing that annoys me about all this is people seem to think I was a cab driver when EA hired me, which I understand based on the context, I didn't really clarify. That said, being not entirely sober, I wasn't really thinking of the consequences. I wasn't. I was a software designer for an IT firm. I drove cab in College. I just kinda miss it. It was nice not to have to take my work home.

For the record, Kotaku never contacted me, I'm not sure what they were talking about me refusing to discuss it more. I would have refused, but they never tried.

              Cheers.

So will be seeing more of you around here at VSN now that you've parted company with EA?
