I don't know if I'd label any of them a Day 1 purchase right now for me. I definitely am interested in a lot of them though. Sly would probably be the closest for me because of my love of the series, but it being a new developer has me cautious.

Sim City 5 looks awesome, but we'll see. I'd have to get it for a console, and most of those games turn to shit on consoles.

GTA V is day one. Splinter Cell and Gears of War are games I'll buy when they drop in price. Tomb Raider and Crysis 3 is a doubtful maybe, and the rest do nothing for me.

I think Dead Space 3 might be the only thing I get on its release. I think I might wait until a lot of these are $30 or less to save money and get more games this year.
