From the stuff that I've read, it sounds like it's the same FIFA shit that hit the 360. People are reporting up to $150 put into their wallet and/or FIFA being added to their trophy list even though they haven't played it. So, if you still have a credit card tied to your account, you might want to delete it to be on the safe side.

With as much fraud going through this game, you'd think EA and/or MS/Sony would put some extra protection in place. Like either remove the trading part from FIFA, or add additional protections similar to Steam Guard that will notify you when someone tries to access your account on an unauthorized console.

Because FIFA is such a money maker they don't give a fuck. When it happened on 360 (what a nightmare that was) MS blamed EA and EA blamed MS. It was a shit show. It's obviously an EA issue.

Thankfully, Sony seems to be on top of this by resetting PW's when/if necessary. (also refunding the money to those that were nailed)


MS handled this situation like a bunch of fuck wads - my one buddy got hacked and MS locked him out of his account for over a month until they resolved the issue.

Was that one buddy me? Because that's exactly what happened to me. It was complete horseshit. I must've spent 20+ hours with those idiots on the phone and it took well over a month to get my account back.
They offered me a month of Xbox Live for my troubles, which was hilarious since I was locked out of the service for close to six weeks.

Yeah I always get this when I try to sign in through the app and connect my PS4. I honestly have given up on it, never had this much trouble with smartglass.
