It should be outside the warranty because I believe the warranty was only 90-days. It wouldn't hurt to call and complain and point out that it appears tons of other people are having the same issue.

Yes, it's very fun, especially co-op. I haven't tried the PS4 version yet but I did download it last night. But it basically just added the DLC and that new Twitch mode where people can affect your game while you're streaming. I can't see how it got anything but better since the PS3 version. The only problem is that Handle was saying that there is some bug now that causes your game to freeze when it tries to load your level score to the leaderboard. Apparently it caused Handle's save to be corrupted. The developers are aware of it and I would guess a patch is in the works.

That's a good deal if you haven't enjoyed your PS4 and want what Xbox offers, unfortunately there isn't much for me. I got a gaming PC and PS4 so I get the best of both worlds I suppose.
