The introduction of quick counts in MLB The Show has turned me into an addict. Nearly 40 games into my Blue Jays' season (wish I had started a franchise instead of a season, but it is what it is). Quick counts have turned Edwin Encarnacion into a beast ... and I was able to trade Melky Cabrera to the Dodgers for Andre Ethier (not sure why, but they accepted it ... and the computer is never wrong :D).
Wanna catch up to the regular season sked then play along with it. Quick counts ... I love.

I really wish they would get their shit together after that 1.70 update. Between constantly getting notifications saying my games saves aren't being uploaded to the cloud and my friends list not loading I want to roundhouse kick the console in the eject button.

Played around for a few minutes...

-The service itself in theory is pretty cool
-The games available in the beta are nothing to write home about
-You use the touchpad for select/start buttons
-The graphics are the same as their PS3 versions, so quality depends on the original game
-There may have been a slight lag in places, I tried the poker game (was fun in my dying days with the ps3) and the hunting game (forget psnow, the hunting game is bad) and maybe the hunting game's controls were just shitty...very likely.
-When you're playing the PS3 game, you get the old PS3 message box in the top corner when friends sign on/sign off. When you hit the PS button on the controller, you're taken back to the PS3 XMB menu (or at least an abbreviated version)..hold down the PS button and you're back to the PS4 menu

-This is a beta so all the games are free, but there are options for 7, 14 and 30 day rentals so figure that's the sliding scale for pricing when this goes live and better games are involved

ok now I have seen it all, Twigg bitching about something related to Sony which I never thought I'd live to see haha. But seriously I agree with you man, beyond frustrating. Now I cant even access my games because how fucked up this is, all I can see is my username at the top where you can view trophies, friends and stuff that wont even freakin load.

I am not writing this to argue whatsoever, but I've played MLB the Show every day for two weeks and not once has either happened.

I've had it say my games aren't saving but if you go to Notifications > Uploads > Click on the save data that won't upload to online storage > Click Yes and it uploads

It is annoying though to have to do that every time I turn on my system.

Yeah I used it once.... They need the ability to create intos and share with others.
