So I can't find the answer anywhere online so I'm coming to you guys!
I got this game as a Christmas present, so obviously I didn't pre-order it to get the DLC for the all-star weekend. I see it's now available to pay for it and I'm curious if I download it now after I've started MyCareer if I'll be able to participate in the activities or if I will have to start a new career to be able to take part in the dunk contest or 3pt shootout. I believe you can take part in the futures game and all star game without the DLC, but my player got invited to the dunk contest and thought I'd try it out once, esp since I didn't pay for the game so the cost of the DLC is "worth" it to me to try it out.
