Man, Madden looks so much better than NCAA it's not even funny. I might break down and buy it for the first time in 10 years.

ZFarls here from E3 and wanted to share some items, that we felt the community was essential for improving in Madden 25. After playing at E3, it was easy to feel the difference in some key gameplay elements.

            5. Buzz Zones

They actually drop back and will play the curl nicely before coming down to wrap up on any flat pass. This was something we have talked about alot on the Madden Tips forums and it was nice to see it working! Got a pick with Nick Perry who dropped into coverage!

            4. Audible By Personell

Some gamers thought this would limit them since your 5 audibles to random plays are removed from Madden 25. However, what you get in return is better. You can now set ALL your quick audibles and then audible to any formation that has matching personnel. This was something the team has wanted to implement and they asked important questions as well to give more realism yet more control.

Example: “12″ Personnel is 1 RB, 2 TE’s. So you could audible from Singleback Ace which is this set, to a Gun Ace because it has the same players. This will eliminate things like 5 WR to Goalline and getting WR and TE or HB etc.

            3. Cushion and Disguise Coverage

There are some new options when you press Y or Triangle to bring up the defensive coverage options. You can now play off on a 3rd and 8 and with cushion coverage. You can also disguise it to throw off your opponent. If you run alot of man to man blitzes, you can man align and your defenders will line up right over their man!

            2. Hot Routes

The fade has been removed to eliminate the motion snap exploit that defeated man to man coverage too easily. You will now be get a hot routed streak that fades towards the sideline when going for the fade. The HB Streak is now more realistic and instead of going straight through the line hits off tackle before cutting upfield. This was tough to stop last year with inside pass lead and feels more authentic.

            1. Inside Pass Lead

Last year, Wheels were effective and plays like Pats Wheel Drag and Falcon Cross were very popular. Those wheel routes did a great job beating man to man and an inside pass lead throw to a WR or TE would beat the defense. This has been fixed up to tighten angles and make the game more balanced. It might sounds subtle but it changes those guys who just throw streaks to the TE all day.

            Bonus: QB/RB Key Vs Option

This is something that is in NCAA with the coaching adjustments and with the option coming to Madden, I wanted to make sure gamers would have a way to tell their DE where to key. The Dev Team has implemented a pre snap adjustment to tell your DE to take the HB or the QB and it gives you more control of your defense as you try and defend the read option!
These are the areas where the Dev Team really made some nice strides and I felt the Madden Tips community and whole Madden Community was a big part of that, so I wanted to say thanks to you guys for sharing your feedback all year!

Thank god for all of those but I LOVE the bonus one. No more retarded DEs for the win!

So Danielle Bellini is the sideline reporter, saw some nice stat overlays. Too bad I couldn't hear what Ms Bellini was saying

Sound is shitty on this video as well.

The 49ers playbook looks nice. Same as the current, outside of a few formations, with the pistol added.
