New Region

Looking to start a new region for people who are serious about simcity

Looking to make it smaller than the one we have now.

i would like to have at least 2 or 3 sections of a region. with 4 or 5 people.

I have a region already made on US East 4. It is on Titan Gorge, a 16 city region, but I have two cities already made. I like the idea that we have a few cities in the same region if we want (or open cities if we tank a city for whatever reason).
