I think that I may have done too many sidequests in this game, and I'm having trouble feeling the urge to boot it up. I still love it when I play it, but literally nothing is challenging. I still have yet to die.

Don't get me wrong, I'll finish it, I just think that from here on in I'm just going to do loyalty missions and regular missions. At least, I've heard the loyalty ones are worth it. Thoughts, JayDizzle or ThomasTomasz, as the only two I think that have finished it?

Overall:

You won't 100% the game but if you want the "Best" / "Secret" Ending, you gotta do the Main Campaign plus all the sidequests from the menu.

Every Activity instance that is unlocked that ISN'T a part of those two things are ONLY required IF you want to whore for trophies/cheevos and get that platinum.

That doesn't mean that they aren't fun to do and that they won't be 10x cooler with co-op (think playing Prototype or Crackdown with co-op cranked up to 11).

They just aren't required if you want to beat the game and move on with your life.

Personal Opinion?

I loved the SR series since I jumped in with SR2 and followed all the way through SRIV.

From what I've heard, the DLC's going to be titties so there's going to be MORE game to love at $10 after asking price so nobody has an excuse to NOT spend money on this game if want to play it.

It's that good IMO.

You can't go wrong with a game crammed with 80s, 90s and obscure nerdy references only fans will get.

Also, wearing Samurai Armor using Robocop pistols while cruising in virtual Steelport with Johnny Gat AND...

If they made a Blood Dragon-esque DLC based on that side-mission (I'm think 5-6 hours for like $5-$10), I'd pay up.

And besides Piper, Volition's obsession with wrestling is great. Nothing better than putting a huricanrana on a Zin, or powerbombing the shit out of police officers. Oh, and lets not forget casting Christopher Daniels as a DJ and RVD as Bobby in the Prof Genki sequences.

Hate games with collectibles that offer nothing but a stupid achievement/trophy, thankfully that isnt the case with this game...I cant stop collecting these fukin Digisnacks with an eye on becoming thr Ultimate Wally West/Bruce Banner hybrid

Oh and police shootouts with this as the fukin soundtrack

-Tomb Raider
-Bioshock Infinite
-GOW Judgement
-DMC
-Injustice
-Blood Dragon

And SRIV is by far the most fun Ive had with a Video Game this year..
