really enjoying it, they've also really cut down on the QTE since the 1st episode...good since they were the weakest parts of it

this works better as an interactive story rather than a game

Finished the newest Chapter but I think I'll play through again soon... something felt... off.

      FUCKIN' SPOILERS DUMMY

-You can choose to send Colin the pig to "The Farm" or not.

I didn't say I would but I didn't leave the option tabled either.

The game says he stays though.

-You have the option to remove Nerissa's (The Little Mermaid-turned-stripper) ribbon.

      I didn't.

I'm familiar with enough fairy tales to know that people tend to lose their head if you do.

-You can choose to sniff around The Crooked Man's Pawn Shop or Butcher Shop.

I chose to go to the Butcher's first and found the Glamour Smuggling Operation.

Also, The Butcher is now fucked up to his eyeballs in trouble when The Crooked Man finds out that he's a snitch.

-You can send Toad to "The Farm" as well if you like.

I did but only after I found out that the money you find in Crane's coat pocket can be used to pay off Toad's Glamour Debt.

It was by-the-book as Snow asked but I think I'll let Toad and TJ kick around a while longer in my next replay.

-And finally you can choose to act like an adult and just hear out what The Crooked Man has to say once you finally find him... or not.

I chose to light up another Huff-n-Puff and hear the old geezer out.

Other than Bloody Mary, I can kill everyone in the room as The Wolf if things get hairy in the next installment.

If they choose to hash things out reasonably, I'll happily walk the Crooked Man into an awaiting cell myself.

About to start Episode 4 now. I actually just deleted my save and went back and started playing through it again over the past few days as a refresher. Also made better choices this time around.

Went to the Pawn shop first, sounds like I'll do another rewind just before the last episode comes out and go check out the butcher shop first because if you don't he trips an alarm and they erase everything. Seems like you can get what you need from the Pawn shop second still. Did you have a fight with the Jersey Devil and Woody at the Pawn shop?

In the case of what I did, I'm glad I uncovered the whole operation at the Butcher Shop first then.

As for the Pawn Shop, yeah I did.

I was weird at first because I had told Snow that I would do everything by the book and not turn into Wolf-form during the rest of the case...

Had to fight off both The Woodsmen and the Jersey Devil so they'd stop fighting each other.

Then after Jersey decided he wanted a piece of me, I took my time waffle-stomping him until he coughed up the info I needed.

there's a way you can have Woody help you like I did if you play your cards right.

When I saw the option to take out Woody in the middle of the fight w/ Jersey, I was shocked a little.

It was an opportunity to put out a chief rival for a while but then again...

I softened my stance on him and Grendel after they stood toe-to-toe w/ me.

...enemy of my enemy and all that. ;)

I just played through episode 4. It was good, but man was it the shortest one yet. I think I beat it in 35 mins. Cannot wait for the finale though. Bloody Mary seems to be one badass bitch.

I just love the look and soundtrack this game has. One of my favorite intros to anything.

Yeah it was definitely noticeably a lot shorter. Probably why they're pushing the finale out on Tuesday already. THEY FUCKING SKIPPED WALKING DEAD!!! There's no way Wolf gets a second season now either with all of telltales projects piling up. Hopefully Walking Dead continues into a third season. I really cannot get enough Clementine.

                        Finished Chapter 5.

                        Dunno what to think.

Bigby got the right man in the end, even if there was no real evidence against him.

                        HUGE FUCKIN' SPOILER

That it took Nerissa lying her guts out to put the Crooked Man out-of-business was an interesting twist.

And it certainly made the name of the chapter more palpable.

Now I kinda want to go back and play the whole series again to tweak certain things...

Especially now that I know who gets to go to the Farm because of my actions.

I'd recommend buying the Season Pass (or waiting for a sale on it) if you dig Telltale's IPs and want to try something new.

My only gripe about the ending:

they should have switched it up to something new when Wolf was huffing and puffing besides just tapping X some more. If it would have been alternatively pressing L2 and R2 for instance that moment would have felt more unique. Just my 2 cents. Still great and I'm glad we got to go full wolf and blow mfers away. But mashing X was already getting stale

I'm just glad that they simplified the QTEs to where you only had to mash a button for so long and the action would happen.

So many times in this series, I'd button mash and miss the button cue after and either die immediately or had to restart a section over.
