    NCAA 10 Update 3/19/2009

I am still playing NCAA almost every single day. I love my dynasty + online dynasties so damn much. If they just improve that factor of the game, they have a very happy consumer in me.

Does anyone else think the disappearing icons is dumb? I mean if lets say I roll right and also am going back a little, nothing, I turn it back to the left get by the defenders and see a WR wide open 30 yards down field with no pressure on me... Yet his icon has disappeared now, so I guess our QBs forget how to throw the ball... I mean come on we have all seen a QB find someone open after a good 10 seconds of scrambling... I'll tell you what if he is straight in front of me 35 yards down field wide open and my QB throws it all the way across the field into triple coverage ill be pissed and probably quit playing on the spot.

My biggest complaint on a laundry list of complaints about next-gen NCAA has been that standard-width TV's can't see about 25-30 percent of the field.

The action cam doesn't fix that. I've played Madden. I used both cams. You still have significant blind spots on the outside edges of your TV.

Why can't they just do what they used to do and give us several options, with one of them being a custom view?

      I know, I know ... it'll be a "new feature" in NCAA '12. :club:

What the hell is a tool like Shopmaster doing there then?

You can't tell me that there aren't several mods at sites like this who would be better qualified to go there, armed with questions and comments based on their experience with the game? Sounds like it's a trip to the toy store for him or something.

I'll be real interested in what Mad Sci has to say. He's a straight shooter. If there are any OS guys there, you know they'll play it safe, as their whole raison de etre is to play nice with company reps so they don't throw a hissy fit and quit posting at their site.

And since that hasn't happened in more than 200 years in this country ... what's your point? Slavery was abolished 150 years ago. Get over it.

We just elected a president on celebrity appeal alone a few months ago. CLW's comment is more pertinent. You're just digging up really ancient history to make a weak point.

Madden. He admitted he doesn't play NCAA much, especially dynasty mode. Dynasty mode is the biggest part of NCAA. There are dozens of guys at web sites like this who would have been much better choices. Shop apparently has a rep in this business (never heard of him), but sounds very underqualified to discuss NCAA. Sounds like an online guy. If NCAA 10 info comes out like most games, online is usually the last thing that gets nailed down, so he's pretty much useless there other than to dutifully spout EA's company line.

Right you are again, CLW. It seemed like Community Day existed for the sake of having Community Day. Presumably those guys gave some good feedback, but how much will EA really change this late in the game? They're about two months from going gold and I'm sure the basic framework of the game can't be changed. What they needed was to have real gamers giving feedback and testing the game months ago.
