Some of the on-the-field coaching skills are a little gimmicky and probably going to be overpowered. But I think it will be fun to make an all-recruiting coach.

I wish they would make the user responsible to only recruit players on their side of the field. If I'm the OC and know my contract has certain req., what makes me not sabotage the D, just so I can get the best offensive players (besides keeping recruiting balanced)? I'm not sure how to incorporate this but there should be a battle for influence over HC to get the recruits you want.

The coordinators are randomly assigned to you, but you get to choose what they spend their XP on.

I don't know why they keep changing recruiting. No matter what way they wanna do it, it's all just a numbers game. It took me a couple seasons to figure out the best ways to recruit on NCAA 13, and now they change the whole system on me again.

The new system is waaaay better. It was too time consuming in the past, the new changes were needed.

Agreed. I would eventually reach the point where I would just start simming recruiting and just doing it in the offseason

My favorite part about the new recruiting is that it keeps the point distribution saved week to week, so you don't have to start from scratch every week. I would spend a good bit of time always writing down in notepad my breakdown of points per players.

damn if they do...damn if they don't. I think it just started to become tedious after a couple of years, I'm hoping shaping the coaches will put a spin to it....we'll see.
