The most UNDERRATED level in this game is Varsity level (has been that way since NCAA 11. Reason being is because once you get sliders balanced out you'll start to see how ratings for both players and teams stick out much better. There is a reason why EA releases all demos and retail versions of this game on Varsity level. That is where I think they code the gameplay and Heisman is just coded to provide the most difficult AI challenge but it does not stick to the base default ratings of players shipped with the game. It's not a coincidence that in both NCAA 12 and 13 Heisman has had it's share of broken gameplay once you start moving the sliders around. But on Varsity level all of sudden you start seeing things that render the best gameplay hands down....animations trigger better, gameplay feels and looks more organic. Yes the CPU appears to be more of challenge on Heisman mode but it's not because the AI is smarter which is the biggest lie I've ever heard and usually it's because of a ego thing where guys feel as if a lower level is for kids and not a challenge...what they don't realize is EA takes and gives some kind of coded percentage boost up to the CPU abilities that defy what actual default game ratings suggest. The sliders have little to no effect because of that code applied by EA. As sad as this might sound I hardly doubt EA has a QA dept that spends quality time coding the sliders on all 3 levels to work properly.Comment

my bad.“I ask, sir, what is the militia? It is the whole people, except for few public officials.” (George Mason, 3 Elliot, Debates)
“A militia, when properly formed, are in fact the people themselves…and include all men capable of bearing arms.” (Richard Henry Lee, Additional Letters from the Federal Farmer (1788)Comment

I finally played my forst game last night against my buddy online. It looks sharper and played perfectly smooth, not a single hiccup, but seemed pretty identical to previous games to me. One thing I did notice was that DBs and OLBs seemed to shed their blockers much quicker and more realistically and even just react quicker during QB scrambles. It would frustrate the hell out of me when my buddy would run with Denard Robinson and I'd switch to the closest defender only to have him just stand their dumbfounded and watch the QB run right past him.Comment

ps3- FSU helmets are too dark too at night...
its a game, its not going to be a sim. Its for fun. Playing online is a pain though because the defense does not do anything and at least last year I didn't have to worry about every single kick returned for a TD . The option/read is made to succeed...its one reason they took out jump the snap in gameplanning.
at least now you can use a created team in practice mode !
48 hours and already a lot of losers have bought their overrated ncaa ultimate team for fear of losing
games are supposed to be played not analyzed and practiced like defending against world war 3. No one knows what fun is anymore.
its trolling online rep or bust for these moronsComment

Returned a PR and KR in one game, don't think I've ever done that. The blocking once you get loose is lovely.Comment
