i think pitching mechanics in 2k add a little more "fun" to the game as you are moving the analog instead of just pressing a button however from the demo it seems like its a downgrade from last years 2k8 pitching

the show has pretty nice animations going fluidly while it seems 2k9 is a lot more rough

In mlb 2k9 it looks like their not even throwing the ball and not getting ready to field in the show least they go through the whole motion of bringing the arm all the way throw and getting almost ready to defend.
