I had to decide between PC and TV.

My laptop still has enough legs to run some decent games and can last another year, only had it for 3 years. But my TV was a 7 year old 37" 720p 60hz Aquos. I just couldn't be playing next gen on that TV, felt it was a better upgrade right now than doing a PC, I have no pressing need for a new PC other than just wanting it.

I disagree that it sucks. It's simply alot easier to get involved on the console side with people. If you find a community/clan/whatever, that does strictly PC gaming then you're set, just takes more time/effort which I have less of now than I did when I was younger.

yeah i should have said the community sucks.....which isnt entirely accurate either.
gaming online on pc is great, but finding a good community of pc gamers to run with isnt as easy as with the 360.
