    [ALL] Too much Gaming?

So I've been playing a lot more COD as of late, and notice my eyes are aching and everytime I look up or close them I feel like I have a migraine. Any one else feel stuff like this from an excessive amount of gaming?

I'll definitely feel the strain on my eyes sometimes late at night, but I've never gotten a headache or migraine from extended periods of gaming.

Yeah it sucks. I play at like 1am, so going outside seems less likely.

And it just feels that way to me. First I thought it was a headache.

Spend less time staring at screens, it's alot of work for your eyes compared to looking at actual stuff.

If you start playing at 1am, and after what I assume must be hours, maybe just go to bed? Or read a book or something if it's a case where you work night shift and sleep during the day. Like KG said, it isn't exactly healthy for your eyes to be staring at a neon screen for hours, especially when you're body/eyes are actually interested in going to sleep.

Yea what everyone else had said. Take a break.

I tend to get motion sickness when playing shooters. I can only play them for a certain period of time before having to stop. Even sitting as far back as i can, it still happens.

I never really play for long periods at a time but I can see it happening. I would implement frequent breaks from staring at any screens or sitting for long periods of time.

During my 24 hour Socom binges I never had any issues with my eyes hurting.

You're a mod and you don't know how to edit a thread title?
