Watching walk-through of TheRadBrad on Youtube and I think I may need to pick this up. I wasn't sure at first, but, game looks clean, smooth and I love the presentation and merging of story with gameplay through smooth/quick transitions.

Of what I've played so far (There's 16 chapters and more stuff to unlock anyway through multiple playthroughs), I can't see why anyone shouldn't pick this game up and try it out.
Just know that they don't fuck around w/ this being a Rated-M game.
Blood, guts, gibs and tits... Everything you'd want in an FPS title w/ a big name attached to it and more.Comment

I popped this in as soon as I got home last night to do the install. I let it do the complete install and thought everything was good. I hit a run on the treadmill and eat and then I'm ready to play. I boot it up and get the "An update is downloading for this game. Start before update is finished?" Fuck. Why on Earth didn't the update automatically download? I thought they usually start downloading concurrently with the install? Apparently not this time. So instead I started up Mr Torgue's DLC.
Oh, and I definitely need to try that trick that Handle posted about speeding up download times on the PS4. It took I think 2+ hours to download that less than 4GB update.Comment

Yeah mine took about the same time to DL and I purchased mine digitally. Also tried that auto-download. It feels good to turn on your PS4 and have a brand new game ready to go.

The game starts off a slow but starts to get good near the end of the first chapter. Speaking of that chapter, it was pretty damn long. If this game has 16 chapters I can see it being 15 hours easily.
The game is solid but so far nothing is really overly impressing me. I do like some of the hidden rooms and light puzzles though. The "decision" you have to make early on just sucks no matter how you slice it. I'm curious how the path alters. I'm a little disappointed about the weapons. They just don't seem to have that much "punch". Dual wielding is pretty awesome though I love being able to unlock new items and abilities through the different skill paths. Also, is anyone disappointed by the audio? It seems compressed to me. For a game that is not really visually stunning and is 49GB you would think the audio would blow you away.Comment

I'm really digging this game. Dual wielding auto-shottys NEVER gets old. I also love sliding and killing mfers. Just unloading on nazis and blowing their heads and appendages off. :sogood:
Last night I got to the point where you first get the (I think it's called the Marksman?) rife.Last edited by Twigg4075; 05-27-2014, 09:49 AM.Comment

I am really, really enjoying this game. It doesn't seem to do anything truly amazing but it's just solid and fun in every way possible. Trying to unlock all of the abilities is an interesting challenge. Although can someone explain to me what they mean my 'Get X amount of kills with the handgun while in cover'? I've tried using that peek technique where I think you hold L1 but that doesn't seem to be it.
Yesterday I reached theforced labor camp. It looks like shit is about to get really interesting.Last edited by Twigg4075; 05-31-2014, 09:57 AM.Comment
