Do what I did - buy Rock Band 2.
Go to Gamestop and buy a USED Rock Band 1 disc.
Go home, import all of the Rock Band 1 songs, along with the DLC for RB1.
Transfer all songs to your Rock Band 2 profile
Drive back to Gamestop, return the used copy of Rock Band 1 for a full refund.

You buy a "transfer code" for 5 bucks through XBLM or PSN which you enter and makes all but 3 tracks from Rock Band 1 available for download.

I see what you mean now. Anyway, I bought it today and I already own about 7 other Pearl Jam cds. I think I have more cds from them, ranging from 10, Vs, Greatest Hits, Live Show in Nashville, Lost Dogs, Vitalogy, and few imports, than any other band. The "Deluxe Version" I got comes with 2 Ten cds. One is a remaster of the original, and the other contains all the same songs as 'Ten' plus 6 new songs. It also comes with a DVD of their MTV Unplugged show along with a code for the 3 extra Rock Band songs. Its really not that bad of a deal if you are a Pearl Jam fan like I am.

you really are missing out if you don't get the drum set.....honestly its a fucking blast playing that. hell i think i've played the guitar like 3 times.

wow....really impressed with this game. I was able to rent it tonight and this is gonna be a buy for me. im no guitar expert so i play on medium. In GH medium never really had to many power chords which always disapointed me. I am blown away at the amount of chords being used on the first few set lists that i played. Alot of fun playing these songs.

plus the tour mode is actually a real mode unlike GH where you just go through a bunch of set lists. this actually gives you the feeling of a career mode.

this GH 3 guitar is ok, but i wonder if i should be using the RB guitar. Although most people seem to think the GH guitar is better. But i think i need at least the GH WT guitar

what do u guys think about the guitars?

The GH3 guitar is the best guitar out there, hands down. I play Expert and I don't play on anything but that. It's the reason taht, even though I have the GHWT Guitar and Drum set for PS3, I got GH Metallica for 360 - because I can't play with something other than the GH3 guitar.

I can't comment on the RB2 guitar, but the RB1 guitar is rubbish.
