Game looks like it's going to be barely mediocre at best. Definitely doesn't seem worthy of a $60 purchase.

from what I saw and heard before reviews was that it looked amazing but the combat was repetitive, soulless, and eventually became boring. I have not read anything about the story but I am sure it is boring too.

Crytek is known for technically marvelous games but when it gets down to actually playing the game...they never are really fun.

Its your typical launch bullshit. If I can pick it up via redbox in a few months...fine.

TBH I dont think many games seem worth paying $60 these days.

Everyone has their opinions on that. So far my first PS4 purchases all seem to be worth full price, to me anyway.

Basically the only thing decent about this game is how it looks. Reviews saying the combat is extremely repetitive and gets very stale since there are only a few moves, QTEs, you fight the same enemies over and over and over, and the story is atrocious.

I'm starting with Black Flag, COD and Ghosts and then go from there. Just don't have time to pick up all these games and try to work through all of them.
