WTF are they talking about with this cryptic "the journey begins" bullshit? The game actually releases in 2015 now, correct? Let me guess, another awesome Halo Waypoint (that hardly anyone gave a fuck about) for XBOne will release in 2014?

They have a TV series coming out with the game, which I can go either way about. If they are serious about it and put a good amount of money into it like Battlestar Galactica, I think it will turn out well.

My guess is that they will have a remake of Halo 2 coming out this fall as well, so they have something big to reveal at this years E3 that will be coming this year. The terminals will likely come back, that will provide some insight into new things that will go on in Halo 5, and you can probably unlock some other things that clue you in as well.

No they haven't, but it's been rumored for a while. That article even says that the whole 2014 comments made it sound like he was confirming Halo 2 Anniversary but he quickly backed away from them.

Hopefully that is what it is.

Probably some sort of online video series like they did with Halo: Forward Unto Dawn and Spartan Ops.

Which, frankly, I'd probably like more than the game at this point.

HALO 5 LAUNCH DATE MAY HAVE JUST BEEN LEAKED

The launch date of Halo 5: Guardians may have inadvertently been leaked via a photo posted on Twitter by a reportedly new employee at developer 343 Industries.

The photo depicts two fellows, one being new 343 Industries hire Michael Cavanaugh, standing in front of a 343 Industries banner with a countdown clock below it displaying “382.” Assuming the figure represents days, counting forward 382 days roughly rests on November 10, 2015.

Numerous titles in the Halo franchise have traditionally been released in early November, including Halo: Combat Evolved, Halo 2, Halo 4 and next month’s Halo: The Master Chief Collection.

He was arguably one of the best for a while back in the height of competitive Halo...didn't he replace Walshy on Final Boss? There was a lot of drama over that.

It seems they've added a couple people who are professional players in the Halo community, my guess is to help them tune multiplayer and work with them to determine what the community wants out of the next Halo.
