nice breakdown. No mention of Xbox possible underclocking their CPU to combat heating issues...

They just didn't put any red lights in this generation of consoles.

Did PS4 take out the yellow light as well considering the PS3 and 360 fail at the same rate?

While I hate the whole console debate, I don't think it will matter as much which console is more powerful. It has much more to do with which console the developers make the games for them port to the other. Ps3 was more powerful than 360, but a vast majority of games actually looked better on the 360 because of the development process.

lolwut? Bro. That shit was up to 54%. After 7 years it got down to around 10%.

PS3 stuck at 10% since the fatboys. So yes after 7 years they may fail at the same rate NOW, but that doesn't erase a 50%+ failure rate that it was once boasting.

It's pretty obvious that the XBOne is going to be the multimedia hub, rather than just a vidja game console.

That's what I don't get though. XBOne has announced more console exclusives. PS4 has to be holding back a bit on their announcements. I'm excited to see what they announce in the near future.

Because you can watch cable through your XBOne and Skype through your TV?

And PS4 has more total games

No, read the article, the TV aspect, combined with the connectivity features make it a multimedia device.
