After the "hint" on Peter Moore's blog, here's my thoughts on some potential cover athletes that could fit the bill.

thats exactly why he should do it, i think you just proved a point...he has always been injury prone, and the NFL players themselves don't think of a madden curse, look at all the great big name players that get hurt every year...

At least then he would have some sort of an excuse to fall back on if he doesnt hurry up and break this single season rushing record soon, I dont see why he wouldnt do it he is embracing the spotlight and handling it better then most younger players

For the most part of the article I agree with it. For some reason I think EA might surprise us all and put a top o-line man on the cover. I really wouldn't be surprised. But the obvious choice is running back if you are following the motto for this year. My top 2 guys are the same as DNEUM's.

2. Adrian Peterson

I can't really see another back getting on the cover besides those two. Maybe Ronnie Brown?
