Just crafted the Summer sale badge. It was easier selling dupes than trying to trade on seamkard.com for me.
Steam Summer Sale is live!

It looks like seamkard is losing steam (no pun intended). I've notice that I'm getting matched up with most of the same people since yesterday which means a lot of users probably aren't coming back, listings aren't being maintained, and not enough new people are listing. It's a shame too because it can be a real pain to trade dupes without it.Comment

Hoping for Brave New World sale but expect to be disappointed. Still waiting on Skyrim. $35 is a good deal, but I am still hoping for betterComment

I was playing civilization and I don't know if I like it. Maybe it's early on and perhaps it's because I'm playing on the learning level but to me, it doesn't seem like I do anything but move pawns around and any events that pop up seem random.
I guess I'm just not used to turn based strategy games or perhaps I don't want to that much.
I'll keep playing though and give it a chance.

Double post. Lets is for Civ thoughts then
I found 5 to be the most streamlined experience yet. Some still prefer 4, but I'm not one of them.
It def takes a bit of getting used to. There are so many things to do that's its easy to get overwhelmed. But once everything clicks, it's amazing. You've also got the Gods And Kings piece which added extra layers on to base Civ. As someone who had been playing from te start, religion was an easy pickup. For a newer player, it's just another thing to think aboutComment
