In watching a video, it was suggested to use the throttle blip setting to keep from locking the wheels up down shifting.



Btw ,I love using the H-shifter. It just feels right. 👙

So since my birthday is this weekend and that means I'll probably be getting some cash from family members, I'm probably going to purchase some content, probably 3 pieces to get the 10% discount. I'd LIKE to get the Z4 GT3, Watkins Glen and Brands Hatch or Interlagos, but I think I'm going to play it smart and get things that I'd need for D-class licensed series for whenever I actually make it to that license. What interest me there is the Global Challenge with the Cadillac/Kia races and the Mustang Cup. There are only two tracks that overlap that I don't have, which is Watkins Glen and Canadian Tire Motorsport Park. Obviously the schedules will change for season 3 (I assume?), but these two tracks seem to show up a lot anyways. So I'm thinking I might purchase the Mustang, Watkins Glen and Mosport.

But, I'd like to run it by our other iRacing peeps. I want to purchase content that others are either interested in or have so that we can always run together (makes it more fun that way). So what do you guys think?

I'm scheduled to race Thursday. I was running good laps at Laguna last night. Just need to cut the incidents down. Although, a couple corners are sensitive to 'off track' messages.

Yeah I ran one at Laguna last night and I kept getting an Off Track on the final corner even though I was only hitting the rumble strips. I guess maybe my right rear tire maybe barely touched the dirt?

What's your times like at Laguna? I can run a 1:47:xx-1:48:xx pretty consistently without traffic. No clue how these guys can run 1:45:xx lap after lap, though.
