Good Job Swarley. I was watching. That first lap was brutal though LOL

It sucks because I know how nervous you were, I could feel it. That is how I was and probably will be for many future races.

I was SOOOO nervous. I never really let loose in that race just b/c I was afraid of spinning out. My heart sank when I spun out with 2 to go coming down the mountain while I was in 2nd place. Then on the final lap my wheel disconnected and re-calibrated itself, so I had to pull over.

Some of the drivers were quite messy and I had a few offs just trying to avoid wrecks. I nearly got taken out in the final turn about midway through the race.

I'll take 4th place after starting 10th.

Yeah. Unfortunately my radio volume was turned up all the way and that got quite annoying. Wish people would save the bitching until after the race.

I was starting to hit mid 1:47s with regularity during practices. I'm hoping to dip into the 1:46s tonight or tomorrow.

Damn headphones died during Q. Couldn't drive in silence. I think these Headphones might be going back . They don't last long.

Well, I was taken out on the 3rd corner, damage to car , towing 2 minutes. Just watched the guys lap me.

I knew I should have eaten or something.

Lesson learned. Don't race when I am this sleepy and now irritated after that initial wreck.

This is actually kinda humorous. I've been in the pits for at least 5 minutes now
