Finally ran a 1:51.411 on laguna with that shitbox miata!

I think I finally got some good steering wheel settings now. You have to really mess with it. Whats annoying is how long it takes for the tires and brakes to warm up...those first few laps suck ass. i find it annoying that I can never correct myself. if the car starts to go out...it is never coming it back and if it does come back it whips back so fast that you are double fucked.

The wheel and pedals feels great though.

Well I was going to run the Street Stock race here in a few minutes, but the website has gone to shit. Main page works fine, but when I go to sign in, it just endlessly loads and nothing happens.

Got around to running a Street Stock at Charlotte. Started P12 and finished P5. Got a bad start b/c the tard in front of me wouldn't go when the safety car pulled in. However, I was able to easily avoid a couple wrecks and made my way up the field. Scraped the wall a couple times while going high to avoid spun out cars, but apparently it didn't count against me as it says 0 incidents. Took my oval SR from 2.49 to 2.63.

I definitely suggest running some of these at Charlotte just to bump your oval SR easily. The other track is tough.

WON MY VERY FIRST IRACING RACE!!!



EDIT: This is Street Stock at Charlotte, btw.

Started P16 out of 17, and after the worst rolling start I have ever seen in my life, I was P3 by the turn 1 lol. I held it there for 3/4 of the race running 36s the whole time. Something happened up front as within 2 laps of each other, both P1 and P2 pitted. I took over with like 5 laps remaining and took the checkered flag! I was so nervous lol. It didn't help that I kept having to pass lapped cars and I was afraid one was going to take me out.

Just drove some laps on that track and it wasn't so bad but I also don't know a good line really. Although it feels as if that tracks guides you. I think that would be fun to try out. I'd be scared with other cars on there though.
