So I was an idiot and never changed my email address when I switched from Comcast to Verizon, and it took almost two years for Microsoft to notice. They've locked my out of my Microsoft account, and now it's affected my XBL as I can't sign in.
I've done their password/account recovery, and the funny thing is, it's approved me twice to recover my password but it won't send to my alternate email- only the one associated with the account.
Has anyone experienced something similar here? Also, there is no general support email system that I can see, so I can't email them about this specific problem, and that I have the credit card statement to prove purchases online for MS points and renewing my account.
