I hope this was online....because offline it takes 5 seconds at the most to fix that issue if your willing to take the time to make changes. Otherwise your giving up on a really good game without even knowing it.

I wasn't playing the game much until Sunday. Now I'm in the early stages of creating Pro Level sliders built around rosters I downloaded from Madden Share using FBG's ratings instead of EA's default rosters. I also prefer Slow Speed which probably isn't the speed most people would like on here. I prefer that speed because the game just moves more fluid even though the players slow down a bit on the field.......Normal speed just makes things look to wacky on the field for me in terms of player movement & animations. RB Toss plays much like in NCAA 14 only work on Normal speed in Madden 25......for some reason the Game Changers and EA's Quality Control Team either missed this or just flat out ignored it because I'm not sure how you can release two football games in a month of each other and not even fix the issue......... Obviously, IMO this series has reached it's maximum peak in terms of gameplay with sliders......mainly because there's always something wrong with the sliders (backwards/reversed/broken) you name it. Hard to get a real grip on sliders now days because nothing works the way it used to work 4-5 years ago.....back then you knew exactly what each sliders purpose was for in the game....now you read about horror stories like the FG Power Slider actually controls QB Throwing Power LOL!

i know that The TGT and The 220 have been due to the slider whackardness.......lol.
and seems to be no sight of an EA patch anytime soon, for Acc Clock, HB Toss, etc.....

i played the demo for the first time last night and used seattle against green bay. first play of the game i threw to percy harvin and he got injured immediately.

my first thought was "hey that's pretty realistic"

Is there a hiccup (pause) when pitching to the HB, like in NCAA? I can't use any pitch plays because it gives the D all the advantage.

Yes, it's still screwed up just like in NCAA 14......It only happens on Slow and Fast speed. Normal speed has no issues but EA did something where they screwed up both Madden and NCAA with that lack of testing on toss plays......not sure how they could have missed that issue on two games just one month apart. I swear NCAA 11 IMO after gameplay and player edits might be the most complete NCAA game this gen it simply didn't have all the issues we see with the new games since that time (Sliders, Kickoff Bug, Fatigue Issue, Lack Of Fumbles, Lack of Penalties ect)........In a lot of ways after edits that game could hang with any College Football ever created....

Thinking of picking it up because Frys.com has it for $40. If I'm going to wait for any price lower, it would be Black Friday...probably $30-35.

I'm actually enjoying this Madden more than previous years, but GTA5 has absolutely put the Madden disc on the shelf. When I turn on the 360, it's almost always GTA5. Madden 25, with decent sliders, plays an ok game ... but just not a very captivating game. I'd rather explore Los Santos with Trevor, Michael and Franklin. That anyone, even sports gaming nuts like me, would play Madden 25 over GTA5 absolutely baffles me.

I am feeling the exact same way, I was getting pretty deep into my franchise in Madden....and then GTA came out and I can't justify spending any gaming time playing anything other than that.

not 1 penalty for late hits out of bounds.....not one. and you see them just about every play with tackles by sidelines.
