If you joined the official family sharing group, you should be in the beta.

Good news, everybody currently in this group should have access to Steam Family Sharing now. Thanks to your help we fixed a bunch of issue, but please keep on reporting bugs and providing feedback.

Steam Family Sharing allows friends and family members to play one another's games while earning their own Steam achievements and saving their own game progress to the Steam cloud.
