In the opposite vein of the COD thread, we do we all love Battlefield?
Why do we love Battlefield?

The game allows for so many different types of gameplay within a single match. If someone wants to provide air support, they have multiple ways of doing that. If someone wants to get in a tank or something, there's plenty of those. Some great sniper locations, for those who like to do that. The squad feature is nice to where you and your buddies can use the different classes for your exact needs. We usually go with two engineers, one assault and one support that way we have plenty of ways to take out vehicles, a way to heal as well as a way to get ammo.
Destruction has always been a big thing to me as well. You have a group of guys kicking your ass from up in a building? Well we can demolish that building. The big maps and bigger matches have always drawn me in too. 64 player conquest is just insane and it's so much fun.
I will give it to CoD when it comes to single player. I usually enjoy their campaigns more, although the two BF Bad Company campaigns weren't bad. -
I have always thought that Battlefield was a more realistic game, which was both a pro and a con depending on what kind of game you preferred.
Dice has really dropped the ball with next gen though. I've even read reports of EA refunding people that bought digital versions of the game after they called to complain.Comment
