Well, my issue was (still is) with the AC Adapter, so I'm just speaking to their customer service in general. I'm still within warranty, and a replacement for my model is actually pretty hard to find. So yeah, flash back to 2 weeks ago when they RECEIVED the faulty AC Adapter, and I'm still waiting, after 4 phone calls, 2 emails, and 2 chat sessions, all of which gave me different information or timelines. And the kicker is, it's just a damn replacement.
