Design Logos and Uniforms for the Next Madden NFL!

EA Sports announced today that fans will be able to submit their own design logos and uniforms to be included in the retail release of Madden this coming August! Complete details on the contest and design templates are available on the link to EA's page below.

We have a lot of great artists here on site. Would be great to see someone from VSN submit something that made it into the game!

Design Logos and Uniforms for the Next Madden NFL

We’re giving Madden fans the opportunity of a lifetime. Now you can re-design team logos and uniforms with a chance to have your designs featured in the next Madden NFL.

In Madden NFL, gamers have the option to relocate one of 32 NFL teams in Connected Franchise mode to another city with three options for team logos & uniforms. All these teams are now up for a re-design.

So grab your sketchbook and harness your creativity as only the best designs will be featured in-game. Winners will receive not only design credit, but also a copy of the next Madden NFL on the platform of their choice. But hurry, submissions will be accepted no later than March 7.

Cool idea but let me look at it this way. They are only offering 1 $60 game as a prize. I imagine it would cost them more to have their artists do this...

It is cool to fan source and is a neat way to interact with the fans but for the amount they save on the gfx designing by having it done for them they should offer a bigger prize imo.

I wonder if they set something up to where a team would consider wearing one of the winning designs for a single game. I know in Forza 4 they did a livery contest for the Falken Tire Porsche 911 in ALMS. The winning design (voted by fans) was put on the car for Petit Le Mans in October.

I agree in that the relocate feature is way too easy to obtain. Especially on online league play with no rules pertaining to relocations, owners with no history of the league come in, relocate, and then disappear.
