[PS3] fix a broken PS3?

I found a PS3 slim in the trash room today. Plugged that shit in and it looks like the power turns off and on. Not sure if the person who had this attempted to fix it at any point. Anyone have this happen and what they did to fix? If its a cheap fix so I can get it running to pawn off on CL that would be cool. Worst case it goes back in the trash.

I don't have 10 minutes to watch it, but it sounds like that is what is happening to yours.

Worst comes to worst, you can always try and sell it for parts on Ebay.
