Custom Playbooks for Classic Rosters

The first two I created. Johntom2000 gets credit for the other 2. For the Fun n Gun playbook, i studied 8 games from the 90s Gators. The Lou Holtz playbook was somethin I scrapped together a year or so ago that works well with the 30 Year Roster version of Notre Dame I created. In the Flexbone formation put Rocket an Tim Brown at the Wingback positions.

Haven't used Custom Playbooks in NCAA 14 yet.....

Wrapping up the Madden Classic rosters in the next few weeks started inputting a great deal of free-agents then I want to go back to NCAA 14 after the NFL draft and start playing some dynasty games.

Will look to incorporate these playbooks into the game for those respective teams.

I'm gonna try to make some more. Next it'll be Hal Mumme's Two Back Air Raid he used while at Kentucky with Tim Couch.

Custom playbooks and formation subs really make a difference with these classic rosters. I want to make am old school pro style playbook forsome of your Alumni teams. They'll be generic but we won't see Archie Manning in the shotgun.

I have to look at the Kentucky roster and see who the QB's are again I think Couch might be 2nd on my depth.

Also when your done all with playbooks I'm going to put them in one location (1st post) to make it easy to locate.

Yeah I think you have Babe Perili as the starter. Couldn't get your rosters to work last night. It kept freezing. I've used the file before and had no problem. I was wanting to run the Fun n Gun with Steve Spurrier under center. I then tried the Syracuse/Pitt game you recommended and it didn't load either. I did change the playbooks. Is that the problem? Have you changed the playbooks? I was ready to run the bone with Cuse and all those great backs they have. That fullback slot for them is something else.

Is there any other kind of playbooks you'd like to see?

I've been thinking about doing an Air Coryell offense.

I've never used Custom Playbooks with any of the teams....

Not sure if that is the problem with the game loading up when you try to play. You might want to try default generic playbooks by EA which is what I use all the time until I start inputting these custom playbooks later.

I think that Air Coryell type of Playbook would be something to assign BYU.....I've been using the generic One Back playbook for them during games.
