Looking for games for my new PSP

I started a thread asking for psp's fps games for a kid awhile back. This past weekend my girl got me a PSP and Resistance: Retribution (as well as a MacBook). I sold mine when the 360 came out with the few games I had. The only one I had I am thinking of getting it is Street Fighter Alpha (believe it was called). As well as God of War (going to $20 this weekend). Syphon Filter is hard to find....but I saw one at Fry's the other day that had the cops jump from car to car while in a shoot out. It was only $20, which I think it was reasonable....forgot the name. The PSP is light as a feather now, I actually like it better.

So what are some good games (any genres)?

Do they make cases for the new PSP 3000? Soft or hard cases?

I personally would get the Final Fantasy: Crisis Core game just because i'm a huge FFVII fan. Don't know if you are though, as I think it'd be best to have played 7 before getting that.

Disgae if you like Tactics type turn-based strat games.

You should be able to find the SF games at Gamestop no problem.

And the game(s) you are referring to are Pursuit Force and it's sequel. I've never played them but I've read/heard they are fun.

If you like the R&C games Secret Agent Clank is a very good game.

I mostly use for watching movies and tv shows I rip off the net.

I play the show on it also

God of war is probably the best game for the PSP

Ryne you have about every game released in the last 5 years and you're asking us for advice? You were just trying to pimp your new PSP on the sly.

                    I'm close but I think I come in 2nd to Twigg. :P

If I had to wait till I played (not even finished) every game I owned...don't think I would ever get another game. Finally I found the 2 Syphon Filter games on Ebay from a guy here in Houston.

PS: I haven't followed PSP games like I used to in the past; therefore, asking around and looking at metacritic scores.

Went to Fry's Electronics today and picked up a psp logitech case, hori screen protector, and PSP's God of War (they had the original packaging for $20). Got some movies for the PS3 but I had to stop myself from going overboard and buying more greatest hits games.

God of War is easily the best PSP game to date. Amazing game.

I'm in the bad habit of buying game just because of their price again. I went to back to Fry's and decided to pick up SOCOM: Navy Seals Bravo for $10. They had at this location (there are 3 in Houston) both Syphon Filter, so I picked up both for $30. I saw GTA: LC and GTA: VC for $20; not a sale but just a good price for good games. They also had the games you were talking about Twigg....Pursuit Force 1 and 2, both of them for $20 each. I'm going to make myself at least get deep into a game before buying another one. I've been playing the hell out of Resistance: Retribution.
