Yes, you're right, this probably doesn't need its own thread. However, considering this place is deteriorating faster than something in Ted Bundy's closet, what difference does it make?
I picked this game up because it was on sale for 30 bucks. Also, I am a HUGE Platinum fanboy. That being said, after almost 2 hours, I really have no clue if I love this game or absolutely hate it. The aesthetics are great, the humor is great, the music is great and the graphics are great. As for the controls? I really don't know what the fuck is going on like, 97% of the time. I'm making a sword or a fist or I'm jumping or I'm running on a rainbow collecting people so that I can make longer rainbows?...it all plays EXACTLY like a Platinum designer's fever dream.
Has anyone here played this that can help me make sense of it? The menu says that Tutorial is "on" and they do throw some info at me from time to time, but jeez, nothing that actually explains how the damn game works. I can't imagine playing the thing with Tutorial "off".
