So, I'm pretty pissed Jay Cutler got traded. I went to go play my xbox, and I think I got the red rings of death. When I turned it on, only the bottom right light came on, and it was red.

This is the red rings of death right? The reason I ask is I thought the red rings of death looked like this:

I tried disconnecting both the hard drive and all of the wires and it still doesn't work. I'm gonna let it sit for the night and try again tomorrow, I guess.

I bought the XBOX in June 2007, so I should still be covered right?

I had this. Go to xbox.com and register your xbox. Then it will tell you if you are still under warranty or not. I had to send it in and got back within 3 weeks

I had this happen to me on Tuesday night. Bottom right quadrent was lit up. I turned it off and back on again and again. I google searched e-74 message and came up with alot of results. I read up and realized that the graphics chip was melted basically. It is a new version of the RRoD.

I had the Best Buy PrP plan. Product replacement plan, Walked into BB yesterday, walked with a new system in 10 minutes. The best part for me is the BB associate fuked up and told m since I was under the Microsot warranty I could still use my PRP if this Xbox goes too.

So yea man...sorry but your screwed.

But seriously, sorry to hear about your TurdBox 360 going belly up. It's inevitable. It's like death and taxes.

I just thought my third (or is it fourth?) 360 was going to take a shit on me a few minutes ago. I went to download the useless update and it complete locked up. I couldn't even turn it off using the power button on the console. I had to unplug it from the gigantic power brick.
