    RedZoneD25 with the Madden 15 Connected Franchise team has graciously offered to answer any CFM questions that you might have about the upcoming release! A couple of ground rules-

    1.If you focus all of your practice into getting xp for a single player for example Jordan Matthews how long do yo guess before he's a top 5 wr in the league?

    2.Does Confidence affect contract talks at all,Like would a player with 90 confidence want more money?or a guy with low confidence be less likley to resign with the team?

      1. Will we be able to find good players late in the draft (rounds 4-7)?

      2. Can we move a team to a different location but keep the team's full name? For example, could I move the Giants to Brooklyn and still name them the NY Giants?

      3. Can I create a new stadium for a team without moving them?

      4. I heard that when you move a player to a different position, their speed attribute gets lowered, is this true?

      5. When developing a defensive end, shojls we focus on both power moves and fitness or just focus on whichever one the player is currently best at?

      Basically is there any advantage to having 90 finesse moves and 90 power moves? Won't the game just choose whichever one it wants so maybe it's better to focus on one of the two?

      6. Can you keep a teams current jersey when you move them?

      7. Will scouted players have projected rounds? For example, will the game tell us that player X is expected to be drafted in the 2nd round?

        8. How often will we see older backs (over 30) cut and hit free agency?

        9. How often will we see veteran players that are still good players (overall 80 or above), let go or cut in favor of young guys?

        10. Is there any way to reset confidence?

        If we get a quarterback who has very low confidence, is there any hope? Will we just have to throw short dump off passes in order to try to get him back up?

          1 question Redzone (not cfm related): why do you volunteer for these? Remember the one Q&A we did at OS for the first CFM?!? It was like 4 days and 100+ pages long.

            It's difficult to say, just because the amount of XP I would earn for him would vary depending on my success rate of the drills and/or activities. I'd also be hurting the rest of my team by not working with them at all.

            A player won't demand a specific contract explicitly due to the Confidence rating, but Confidence affects everything with a player's performance (which affects progression, which affects overall rating, and so on), so it could ultimately affect their contract figures when it comes to negotiation.


            Extra Credit How many yards DJax get vs Eagles in CFM?


            He's done well for himself in my experiences, but it's a different story inside the 20. There's a reason my handle is RedZoneD.

            Yes! It was a major point to make sure that there are still "gems" to be had in the Draft. The specifics of sleeper players at any given position (and their ratings) will be up to the generator to decide, though.

            Yes, but their city name will change. They'll still be the Giants, but they'll be the Brooklyn Giants.

            You can rebuild your team's stadium as an Owner if you have the funds to afford it, and the stadium ratings are low enough to warrant it.

            For natural position changes, like LOLB to ROLB or LE to RE, no individual attributes will be affected. The specific attribute change varies per position, and only comes into play when more extreme changes to a player's position are made.

            Basically is there any advantage to having 90 finesse moves and 90 power moves? Won't the game just choose whichever one it wants so maybe it's better to focus on one of the two?


            However you decide to allocate the XP to the attributes is, in my opinion, best served as a decision made based on the type of scheme you run, and the players you want running it. The advantage to improving a player's strengths or working on weaknesses to have a more balanced approach is that it's entirely up to you.


            6. Can you keep a teams current jersey when you move them?


            Yes. If you choose to keep your team's current name in the relocation process, you will retain their uniforms too.


            7. Will scouted players have projected rounds? For example, will the game tell us that player X is expected to be drafted in the 2nd round?


            In the Scouting screen, there are sortable columns for projected round and pick that is visible for all players in the class.

            It depends on how each team views the player. If a player is still productive, they won't just objectively be cut because he is X age. If a team sees that a player's best days are behind them, it's more likely that they'll hit the market.

            It definitely happens. The frequency of cap casualties is determined by the state of that individual team's roster, salary cap space, and depth.

            No.


            If we get a quarterback who has very low confidence, is there any hope? Will we just have to throw short dump off passes in order to try to get him back up?


            One bad season won't end the chances of a player being great. Just like in the NFL, winning games is a great way to gain confidence.

              I have another question. At what age does a player begin to decline? And once a player declines is it better to focus on XP or just confidence to keep them steady?

                During halftime or at any point in a cfm game does Larry Ridley ever mention anything about hot/cold players around the league, injuries, division standings, MVP and Playoff races?

                    Frst off thanks a ton RedZoneD25 for answering our questions !!

                    1- Has the injury glitch for simmed games been fixed? meaning if a game in an online CFM has to get simmed, will it not on average give at least one team 2-5 guys being hurt for numerous weeks?

                    2- You mentioned above if someone puts all their practice time into one player it will hurt the rest of the team, but if most of the team is already pretty good ( say you have 49ers or seahawks or pats ) how much would it really hurt your team? i mean wont they still get xp for games played, and if they are already pretty good, as long as your not playing terrible they shouldnt drop in attributes correct?

                    3- I had heard that the playoff tie breaker logic had been fixed , could you explain how it will determine tiebreakers in m15 ?

                    4- Has the challenging system had any attention put on it this madden? is it better, as far as can we pick what we are challenging?Can we actually challenge plays when we want now? Also are all turn overs reviewed like in NFL this season ( bowman rule) ?

                    5- Has gameface been brought back? if not is there plans to bring it back?

                    6- Does the clear cap tool for commish's work this year?

                    7- Will the CFM website be the same as last year? can we finally see all the FA from it not just a small few?

                      Is there still an injury glitch where if you have the exact minimum of players at a position they are invincible? Ex: Last year if you had 2 QBs, and one went down with an injury, they would be in on the very next play. Same thing for TEs, WRs, etc. However, if you had 3 QBs it allowed all QBs to get hurt.

                          This was already answered in our interview with Josh Looman last week (the answer is that is was fixed) but I would like to expand on the question and ask how it was fixed. Was it fixed by requiring roster minimums by position, if so, what are those roster minimums? Or was it fixed by removing the bug entirely from the code? I know there wasn't a lot of time to address this when we were in Orlando for the CFM Community Day in March.
