Is NCAA 2014 worth getting if I have NCAA 2013?

Apologies if this has been asked (and answered) before - I dusted off my copy of NCAA 2013 this weekend and picked up my Western Kentucky dynasty. I played 4 games and noticed I could not, for the life of me, run the option - I checked the sliders and found, for some reason, all of them set at "50" for the user & cpu, so I went looking for 2013 sliders and found updated sliders for the NCAA 2014. In looking through posts here and at OS, I noticed a few reviews on NCAA 2013 and NCAA 2014 - many of which said the option works on '14 but not on '13, as well as a whole host of other things. I also noticed on several plays where my OT or OG, with a DL lined up directly opposite them, whiffed time and again - DL rushing unchecked into the backfield (this on standard HB Offtackle rushes).

I think these might be the reasons I quit playing single player dynasty in the first place. Is 2013 worth trading in & starting my dynasty over? Any help would be appreciated.

I moved this to the Sports Gaming forum as I think you will get more replies. I know Playmakers is really busy making all-time rosters for 14, and it still gets some play in the gaming community.

I like the idea of getting updated or "all time" sliders. I think I've answered my own question as I have looked at the work being done for NCAA 2014.....thanks

I loved NCAA 2014 so for me I would say yes.

I liked the recruiting in 2014 but the pitch is messed up (on Slow setting). When the QB flicks the ball to RB, he stutters, allowing defense to swarm him behind the line.

I'll have to try that - does the HB stutter on the Normal speed setting? Or on the "Very Slow" setting? Hopefully EA will patch (or already has) some/most of the issues mentioned...Thanks for the feedback.

I still love playing 2014 on PS3. I'm actually looking to try to get the 360 versions of both NCAA 2014 and Madden 25 on the cheap as well, mostly because I liked NCAA so much.

I've read on Normal setting, it is not there or at the least, doesn't ruin the play. They never patched it and being the team is no more, they won't in the future.

IMO NCAA is the best football game ever made. YES!
